The delegation of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will arrive in the Republic of Dagestan on April 25. The delegation includes representatives of the armed forces of several CSTO member states, including Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. On April 26, a wreath-laying ceremony will be held at the Eternal Flame in Shamsullah Aliyev's Combat Glory Park in Derbent, followed by a meeting with local officials and residents. On the 27th, the delegation, together with the head of Dagestan S. Melikov, will attend the opening ceremony of a memorial complex in the settlement of Khiv, dedicated to Soviet soldiers who fought against fascism.
