According to Gazimagomed Kuramagomedov, head of the Directorate for Implementation of Infrastructure Programs (a subordinate institution of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Dagestan), one of the projects is being implemented in the town of Yuzhno-Sukhokumsk. The project envisages the construction of a new 11-kilometer water pipeline, the installation of a water tank with a capacity of 3 million liters and new submersible pumps for six drilled artesian wells.

The second project site is located in the village of Karata, within Ahvakhski municipal district, where a comprehensive water supply infrastructure for the local community has been meticulously constructed. This includes the installation of 24 kilometers of pipelines, a state-of-the-art water treatment plant and the deployment of water storage tanks.

According to the remarks of the project manager, these developments have been implemented under the auspices of the Clean Water Initiative, which is an integral component of the national target program entitled "Housing and Urban Development".
