The top official noted that Acting Head Fyodor Shchukin maintained personal control over the issue and mandated a comprehensive assessment to determine corrective actions for sustainable fuel market operations. Instructions have been issued to initiate preliminary discussions with leading Russian oil operators concerning their possible participation in the republican energy sector.
