MAKHACHKALA, April 21 – RIA Dagestan. Over the past year, the Republic of Dagestan has produced construction materials with a market value of RUB 15 billion, Nizam Khalilov, the Minister of Industry and Trade of Dagestan says.
Khalilov underscored the initiation of new production facilities focused on dry mix compounds and aerated concrete block manufacturing, as well as the full operational status of the region’s largest ceramic granite plant. Additionally, the Minister highlighted a 19% increase in the average wages within the construction materials manufacturing industry in 2025, reflecting sectoral growth and improved labor conditions for employees.
