Dagestani Company Wins Tender for Construction of Two Roads to Seaside Resort

MAKHACHKALA, March 11 – RIA "Dagestan". "Mostotryad-99" JSC has won two procurement tenders for road construction projects within the Caspian Coastal Cluster in Dagestan, according to materials published on the state procurement portal. The first contract covers development of access infrastructure to the planned All-Russian tourist recreational cluster, while the second involves construction of a roadway leading to the "Dagestan" children's center. According to reporting from Kavkaz.RF, construction activities are scheduled to begin in summer 2026, with a total of 15.5 kilometers of roads designated for development under these projects. Combined funding of RUB 3.6 billion has been allocated from the federal budget to support the initiatives.
