The construction project for a large-scale logistics complex, OZON, within the Tyube Industrial Park in Kumtorkalinsky district, Dagestan, has received approval from the state expertise body. This complex will feature comprehensive engineering infrastructure, including 1,536 meters of water supply networks and 1,474 meters of drainage networks.
Significant progress has been made on the project, with a substantial structure already erected and essential utilities established. The first phase is nearing completion, with interior finishing touches applied and equipment installation underway. Full commissioning of the OZON complex is anticipated by 2027.
Developed by Romex-Kuban LLC and designed by Uralstroyconcept LLC in Ufa, this project promises to create approximately 2,000 new jobs upon completion. The complex will encompass modern Class A warehouses spanning an area of around 130 square meters, with the capacity to handle up to 1,000 vehicles daily and process a substantial volume of online orders.
The OZON logistics complex is projected to significantly bolster the growth of e-commerce activity within Dagestan.
