KASPIYSK, July 2 – RIA "Dagestan". The construction of the new AZIMUT Park Hotel building in Kaspiysk enters its final stage. The existing AZIMUT hotel, initially launched by a federal company, has been operating successfully in the city for several years.
The new 11-story building on the first coastline is now fully equipped with all necessary utility networks, including fire protection, electricity, water supply and sewage. This expansion will add 170 new rooms, ranging from standard accommodations to family apartments offering panoramic views.
The project also features a restaurant complex, children's playgrounds, a mini amusement park and a designated swimming area. The project's investor is "TUR" LLC.
