MAKHACHKALA, May 18 – RIA "Dagestan". A large-scale investment project—the residential complex "Lazurny Bereg" (Azure Coast)—is planned for implementation in the capital of Dagestan, Dzhambulat Salavov, Mayor of Makhachkala, said in an interview with RBC TV South.
The residential complex will be located on a 230-hectare site, where more than 2 million square meters of housing are planned for construction. Total investment in the project is expected to exceed RUB 200 billion.
According to the city Mayor, the project has already received federal level approval. A roadmap for its implementation will be developed next, after which precise construction timelines will be announced.
