MAKHACHKALA, March 2 – RIA "Dagestan". The State Expert Review Bureau of the Republic of Dagestan has approved the construction project for a children's art school with a capacity of 200 students in Kaspiysk, located in the Kemping microdistrict. The project developer is the Municipal Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services of Kaspiysk" with design work carried out by LLC "Elkad-Stroyproekt."
The facility is planned to include classrooms for instrumental, vocal, and choral instruction; theoretical, stage, and literary-dramatic studies; and fine arts disciplines such as drawing, painting, sculpture, applied arts, and graphic design. Additional spaces will accommodate an exhibition hall, a rehearsal hall and dance studios for choreography, classical and folk-stage training.
The project documentation specifies the use of materials meeting fire safety, energy efficiency, and maintenance standards, with architectural solutions designed for integration into the surrounding urban environment.
