MAKHACHKALA, July 20 – RIA "Dagestan". Acting Head of Dagestan Fyodor Shchukin announced the launch of a "Team Dagestan" new personnel program, during a meeting with top-performing graduates of the state final examinations and the All-Russian Olympiad of Schoolchildren.
The top official encouraged students to pursue higher education and gain experience before returning to home region. Emphasizing the republic's need for bold ideas and passionate specialists, Shchukin explained that the program is designed for those ready to solve real problems and improve life in their homeland, welcoming both local students and those studying elsewhere.
All attendees received a symbolic "Team Dagestan" T-shirt as a token of this initiative.
