At a meeting with Prime Minister ща Dagestan Magomed Ramazanov, Belarusian National Tourism Agency Director Kirill Masharsky advocated for year-round air service and collaborative tourism products focused on health, wellness and athlete recovery with full halal compliance. Noting sustained increases in tourist flows, Masharsky emphasized productive dialogues with tour operators and a clear strategic direction for scaling up cooperation based on existing momentum.
Ramazanov underscored Belarus’s status as a trusted strategic partner with deep-rooted friendly relations, expressing strong appreciation for existing cooperation and eagerness to expand it. The top official singled out tourism as a particularly promising field, citing steady rises in reciprocal tourism, enhanced air links, and increasing public interest in the shared cultural and historical heritage of both nations.
Emphasizing readiness to foster mutually beneficial ties through new joint initiatives, Ramazanov invited Belarusian representatives to participate in the "Guardians of Traditions" festival this September, coinciding with the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Dagestan, expressing certainty that the talks would boost cooperation and realize future projects.
Kirill Masharsky reciprocated by noting that Dagestan had become a favored and convenient destination for visitors from Belarus, distinguished by high-quality service, exceptional food and genuine hospitality.
