MAKHACHKALA, July 21 – RIA "Dagestan". Dagestan’s consolidated budget expenditures for the first half of 2026 totaled RUB 111.8 billion, representing 40.8% of annual allocations and marking a more than 10% increase compared to the same period in 2025, the Acting First Deputy Prime Minister Ruslan Aliyev said at government meeting.
The top official confirmed that despite external pressures including sanctions, all planned tasks were completed and social obligations fully satisfied. Spending was led by education (RUB 45.2 billion) and social policy (RUB 21.4 billion).
The Prime Minister Magomed Ramazanov highlighted the importance of strict adherence to executive discipline to guarantee timely delivery of socio-economic development initiatives.
