MAKHACHKALA, September 1 – RIA "Dagestan". Dagestan Ministry of Energy and Tariffs has appealed to Rosneft and Lukoil-RNP-Trading to prioritize the shipment of petroleum products to the republic as part of efforts to stabilize the regional fuel market.
The appeals follow a request from the Chairman of the republican Government to Russian Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilev to help resolve the shipment of previously paid-for fuel volumes to regional petrol station owners.
Partial shipment of volumes frozen since April this year would significantly reduce the fuel shortage in the regional market, while the situation remains under the agency's control, the ministry official says.
