MAKHACHKALA, April 22 – RIA Dagestan. Dagestan's Finance Minister Shamil Dabishev reported that 2025 Republican Investment Program financing reached RUB 19.6 billion, covering 162 facilities (23 federally funded).
The sectoral distribution of funded projects included: 44 facilities for general and supplementary education, 25 preschool education facilities, 4 healthcare facilities, 2 cultural facilities, 14 sports facilities, 19 gasification projects, 40 water supply facilities, and 12 wastewater management facilities. As of the end of 2025, a total of 20 facilities were put into operation, including 9 general education facilities, 1 preschool education facility, 1 cultural facility, 1 sports facility, 6 gasification projects totaling 77.3 km of networks and 2 water supply projects totaling 95.37 km of pipelines. Construction work continues on the remaining facilities.
The meeting participants also reviewed the 2025 budget execution draft. Prime Minister Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov reported revenues of RUB 218.1 billion and expenditures of RUB 217.7 billion rubles. Dabishev noted positive 2023–2025 trends: expenditures rose from RUB 189.9 billion to 217.7 billion; tax/non-tax revenues increased 57.3% from RUB 42.6 billion to RUB 67 billion.
