MAKHACHKALA, July 30 – RIA Dagestan. Members of the “Team Dagestan” program will gain direct access to the educational resources and database of the “Senezh” School of Management following an agreement reached at a meeting between Acting Head of Dagestan Fedor Shchukin and Andrey Betin, Rector of the “Senezh” School and Director General of the “Russia – Land of Opportunity” platform.
Shchukin described the discussion as substantive and candid, thanking Betin for his sincere attention to the republic. Andrey Betin commended Dagestan Competence Center as among the nation’s finest and proposed replicating its methods federally, a recognition Shchukin interpreted as definitive proof that the republic’s strategic approach is sound.
Shchukin outlined the integration of local personnel programs with federal standards through “Senezh” offering “Team Dagestan” members e-learning access and reserving in-person Moscow Region training for top candidates. The regional governor pointed out the operational success of “Valor of the Mountains” personnel training program in preparing Special Military Operation veterans for work in government agencies and the significant public enthusiasm for “Team Dagestan” evidenced by approximately 3,000 applications in the first week alone.
In response, Betin ranked Dagestan Competence Center among the top five in the country, praised the committed professionals who made it possible and stressed that success was driven by people, not by resources.
