MAKHACHKALA, July 13 – RIA "Dagestan". Addressing the urgent need for utility hookups at modular school sites, Dagestan Prime Minister Magomed Ramazanov gathered representatives of resource-supplying organizations for a coordination meeting. The top official outlined that the Russian Government had provided over RUB 2 billion to rehabilitate 36 affected schools, allocating roughly RUB 1.5 billion to erect seven prefabricated structures and landscape their territories.
With procurement contracts signed, the focus turned to operational execution and deadline compliance. Ramazanov ordered utility heads to deploy maximum capacity to finish all infrastructure integration by August 10.
