KASPIYSK, April 20 – RIA Dagestan. The fifth open All-Russian Festival of Intellectual Games "Caspian Breeze-2026" will take place on April 25–26 at the "Volna" Shopping and Entertainment Center in Kaspiysk.
The forum is organized by the Youth Affairs Ministry of Dagestan, the Ministry of Education and Science, the "Idalgo" Center for Intellectual Development and Kaspiysk City Museum of Local Lore. The event is held with support from the TV company "Igra-TV" and operates under an official license to conduct games of "Sports What? Where? When?" and "Brain-Ring."
This anniversary event serves as a qualifying stage for the Russian Championship in "What? Where? When?" In preparation for the finals, a series of preliminary rounds among schoolchildren, college students and university participants from across the republic attracted approximately 1,500 contestants.
More than 40 teams are expected to participate in the final festival, representing Moscow, Lugansk People's Republic, Astrakhan and various regions of the North Caucasian Federal District. The "Caspian Breeze" festival has become a significant cultural and intellectual event in the region, promoting critical thinking, teamwork, and knowledge-based competition among youth.
