MAKHACHKALA, March 27 – RIA Dagestan. Five republics of the Northern Caucasus have ranked among Russia's top ten regions for the largest private homes on the secondary real estate market, according to RBC Real Estate, citing a study by the neural network "Alisa AI" based on data from Yandex's thematic search platform.
Moscow Region leads with an average suburban property size of 231.3 square meters. Chechnya ranks second with 209.4 square meters, followed by Ingushetia in third place with 179.3 square meters. Dagestan holds the fourth position, with an average listed home size of 172.7 square meters. Kabardino-Balkaria (eighth place, 133.6 square meters) and Karachay-Cherkessia (tenth place, 117.5 square meters) also appear in the top ten.
The study notes that the prevalence of spacious listings in these regions reflects sustained market demand. In the North Caucasian regions, properties suitable for large families have traditionally been prioritized, shaping the structure of available supply in the local real estate market.
