MAKHACHKALA, August 27 – RIA Dagestan. Starting September 1, more than 50 outstanding cultural figures, young authors, performers, and creative students will receive annual financial stipends in Dagestan.
The program covers literature, music, choreography, theater, and visual arts. The list of recipients has been published on the website of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan.
Additionally, the Murad Kazhlaev scholarship recipients have been announced for contributions to academic musical art in Dagestan.
