MOSCOW, August 6 – RIA "Dagestan". Dagestani producers will participate in the V National Gastronomic Festival "Flavors of Russia" at VDNKh in Moscow on August 13 - 23, alongside representatives from over 75 regions showcasing more than 5,000 products.
According to the regional Agriculture Ministry, “Barandi” from Botlikhsky District will serve lamb shashlik and lula kebab, while “Aquarius” will present natural juices; POSH from Magaramkentsky District will deliver sun-dried fruits and strawberries, and brands “Dido” and “Power of the Caucasus” will sell traditional urbech.
The festival features a nationwide flavor map, a large-scale fair and food court and a cultural program including family culinary master classes and children’s activities.
