Zaur Babayev, a Dagestani entrepreneur, founder of the Araba construction store chain, has advanced to the semi-final round of the "Leaders of the Construction Industry" competition. This prestigious nationwide contest, organized by the All-Russian Center for National Construction Policy and supported by the Ministry of Construction of Russia, seeks to identify exceptional managerial talent within the construction and housing sectors.
Babayev's success places him among the top 300 candidates selected from a pool of over 23,000 participants representing diverse regions across Russia and international locales such as Serbia, Turkey and Egypt.
The upcoming third stage of the competition will encompass an intensive educational program featuring leading industry experts conducting strategic sessions, training workshops and master classes. Following this stage, 200 finalists will be chosen to compete in the final round held in Yaroslavl from August 7th to 10th. Winners of the competition will be designated as leaders in the Russian construction industry and included in a national reserve of managerial talent.
