MAKHACHKALA, June 1 – RIA Dagestan. The "Digital Caucasus" media security forum, organized by the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Institute for the Development of New Media" has wrapped up in Makhachkala. The final day focused on the analysis of technological trends and practical tools for content management. Panel discussions addressed regulatory and ethical standards for the use of artificial intelligence in the media sphere, as well as the psychological aspects of editorial work under conditions of dense information flows.
Within the project management track, a session titled "Media Planning for Social Projects" took place. Evgeny Denezhkin, a representative of ANO "Dialogue Regions" spoke on strategic planning methodology, mechanisms for calculating KPIs and the prevention of team burnout. Participants were provided with methodological case studies and roadmaps for optimizing the operations of regional media outlets.
Iya Kononovich, PR Manager at the N:OW agency, lecturer at the Higher School of Economics and resident of the expert club "Workshop of New Media" also contributed her expertise.
Attendees explored ways to build effective PR strategies in today's information environment and observed, through real cases, how ideas are transformed into large-scale media events. Throughout several days, forum participants worked through various case studies on media strategy development, heard from war correspondents about the specifics of working on the front lines of the Special Military Operation zone and much more.
