MAKHACHKALA, April 2 – RIA Dagestan. A 20-year-old student of Dagestan State Technical University, Garun Magomedov, has developed SmartRate, a mobile application designed to make corporate incentive systems more transparent.
The project, supervised by Khasbulat Kunniev, is seeking grant support from the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. The app scores employees based on objective indicators such as task completion, budget adherence, and quality of results, allowing users to see how their bonuses and evaluations are calculated.
SmartRate will be offered free or at low cost to youth startups and nonprofits, as standard HR systems typically cost over RUB 500,000 annually. With a budget of RUB one million, the team aims to implement SmartRate in 50 youth-focused companies, train over 300 young managers and secure a software patent.
