MAKHACHKALA, March 4 – RIA "Dagestan". Heroes of Russia Enver Nabiev and Khantemir Sultanov have transferred a captured MaxxPro armored vehicle to the Military Training Center of Dagestan State Technical University (DSTU).
The MaxxPro, an American-made armored vehicle previously used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and disabled during combat operations, is designed to protect crews from mines, improvised explosive devices and arms fire. The vehicle will become a key exhibit in DSTU Military Center's exhibition pavilion, enabling cadets to study foreign military equipment through both theoretical instruction and hands-on examination.
The transfer initiative emerged during a meeting between Enver Nabiev and DSTU Rector Nazim Balamirzoyev, with logistics for transporting the armored vehicle resolved within two weeks. The university also plans to further develop the Military Center's field training infrastructure and material base, including the acquisition of modern simulators and unmanned aerial vehicle systems for educational purposes.
