Sports Complex and Dormitory Worth RUB 230 Million to Be Built for Dagestan University

MAKHACHKALA, March 10 – RIA "Dagestan". A new student dormitory and sports complex will be constructed for Dagestan State University of National Economy with federal funding totaling RUB 230 million, according to materials published on the state procurement portal.

The dormitory, designed to accommodate 350 students, must be completed by the end of October 2027. The accompanying sports complex will be a three-story building fully equipped with modern athletic facilities to support student physical education and recreational activities. The projects aim to improve living conditions and expand sports infrastructure for DSUNE students, with all funding allocated from the federal budget.
