CHELYABINSK, July 20 – RIA "Dagestan". Dagestan combined team delivered an outstanding performance at the Russian Championship for Blind Sports (track and field) in Chelyabinsk, winning a total of 34 medals: 16 gold, 11 silver, and 7 bronze.
Anastasia Ogneva led the team as a four-time Russian champion, while Alexander Sorokin claimed three golds. Dmitry Alexandrov, Rasul Madaev, and Alexander Dormidontov each earned two titles, with Magomed Makasharipov, Idris Gamzaev and Aslan Kazimagomedov also becoming champions.
Silver and bronze honors were awarded to Zainab Magomedova, Murad Ibragimov, Zapir Magomedrasulov, Nukh Salikhov, Magomedzakir Magomedov, Yusup Rasulov, Shamil Gazimagomedov, Shamil Aliyev, Svyatoslav Evgrafov and Gamzat Vakilov.
