Over five hundred athletes are expected to participate in the All-Russian Taekwondo tournament, hosted by the Champion Sports Club, from August 16th to 17th in Kaspiysk.
The competition will be held in the Ali Aliyev Sports Palace. Dagestan national team is currently undergoing intensive preparation for the tournament at the Regional Sports Training Center near Makhachkala.
Teams representing Kaliningrad, Ulyanovsk, Samara, Chelyabinsk, and Petrozavodsk have arrived in the republic and are engaged in a joint training camp. Dagestan team's training regimen is scheduled to conclude on August 14th.
