Caspian resort in Dagestan to get major infrastructure boost

The government of the Republic of Dagestan is committed to providing substantial infrastructure support for the upcoming Caspian Sea resort project. The development plan encompasses the following key aspects:
- The construction of four sections of regional roadways, totaling 24.8 kilometers in length.
- The construction of a water supply network with a capacity of 14.9 million cubic meters per day.
- The construction of a new electrical substation with an output capacity of 35.5 megawatts.
JSC KAVKAZ.RF is actively engaged in the design process, focusing on engineering, transportation infrastructure, landscaping, the establishment of a multifunctional center and the provision of accommodation facilities for personnel.
The anticipated completion date for the design phase and the submission of a positive state expert opinion is projected for the first quarter of 2025. Following this, the commencement of construction and installation activities is anticipated. The infrastructure project will be funded within the framework of the federal project "Five Seas and Lake Baikal," which is part of the "Tourism and Hospitality" national project.
