Spetsremstroymontazh LLC has been allocated a RUB 1.88 billion contract to renovate components of the Talovskaya irrigation system in Dagestan. This second phase project, initiated by Dagmeliovodkhoz Federal State Budgetary Organization and publicly announced through a state procurement portal, will encompass the reconstruction of a 264-kilometer section of the Talovka main canal along with ten inter-farm canals. The scope also includes reinforcing canal embankment dams and removing accumulated sediment from the waterways.

The project's geographical area spans Kizlyarsky and Tarumovsky municipal districts of Dagestan.  Spetsremstroymontazh LLC is contractually bound to finalize all refurbishment activities by December 20, 2029.
