Dagestan has submitted a proposal to the Russian Federation's Ministry of Economic Development seeking RUB 2.7 billion in funding for a project aimed at developing modular, non-permanent lodging facilities.  

The initiative, spanning from 2025 to 2027, envisions the construction of 739 modular units, ultimately yielding 1,800 rooms across the region. This endeavor is expected to significantly bolster Dagestan's tourism infrastructure and capacity.
