The Head of Dagestan, Sergei Melikov, has authorized the allocation of over 4 hectares of land near the village of Zelenomorsk in Karabudakhkentsky municipal district for a major tourism development project.

Capital LLC, a construction and building materials company based in Kizilyurt with a history dating back to 2002, has been selected to carry out the project, titled "Construction of a Tourist Base in Karabudakhkentsky District".  Financial details regarding the investment and projected capacity of the tourist base remain undisclosed. Notably, Capital LLC reported revenues of RUB 495 million and a net profit of RUB 6.7 million in 2024.
