The regional authorities have approved the project for the integrated development of the territory of Makhachkala Hippodrome. According to government order, the area covering almost 217,000 square meters will be developed.

On this territory, there are 16 plots of land owned by the Republic of Dagestan and 12 real estate objects that can't be demolished, mostly network facilities. The maximum number of floors allowed is 20.

The development plan is scheduled to be completed within 10 years, according to the document. Previously, the republican Ministry of Construction announced on the integrated development project with the creation of various facilities, including social and cultural ones.
