Dagestan stands out on the Russian real estate market with its spacious private dwellings. According to the data provided by Yandex Real Estate analytics, the average size of houses for sale in the region amounts to 189 square meters. This places Dagestan among the top three leaders in terms of this indicator in the entire country. Simultaneously, the average price of such a dwelling is estimated at RUB 14.4 million.

The cost of one square meter of real estate in Dagestan is estimated at RUB 86,000, representing a 1.9% increase compared to a year ago, yet a 3.8% decrease compared to a month ago. Despite these high prices, the supply on the market has decreased by 10.1% within a month.

What sets Dagestan apart is the unique combination of spacious areas and high costs per square meter. In terms of cost per square meter, the region ranks second only to areas with cities with populations exceeding a million, while in terms of dwelling sizes, it surpasses even the Moscow region.
