The results of 2024 indicate that Dagestan experienced an increase in meat, milk and egg production. Preliminary data suggest that the republic surpassed 270,000 tons in livestock and poultry production, 254 million eggs and 952,000 tons of milk last year. Additionally, the regional farmers in the livestock sector produced over 14.5 tons of wool with 9.2 tons specifically attributed to fine and semi-fine varieties.
