Dagestan invests RUB 5 billion in year-round resort with dino-park

A large year-round leisure and recreational complex, boasting a diverse range of attractions and leisure amenities, is set to be constructed in the village of Dubki in Dagestan.
Dubki is located in close proximity to the Sulak Gorge, making it an ideal location for such a project. The aim of the project is to establish a unique infrastructure comprising a dinosaur park, amusement park, children's leisure center, fitness center, glamping facilities, greenhouse and visitors' center. Additionally, the resort will include a mosque, hotel complex and restaurant.
The estimated investment in this project totals approx. RUB 5 billion, with over RUB 100 million having already been invested. This initiative is expected to create over 350 new jobs. The projected annual tax revenue from the resort exceeds RUB 75 million.
