For the first four months of 2024 Dagestan developers commissioned housing with a total area of 1 million 385 thousand square meters. According to official statistics, this is 5 times more than in the corresponding period of the previous year. This makes Dagestan the region with the highest commissioning rate among the regions of the Northern Caucasus, as well as in the construction volume. Stavropol Krai comes second with 752 thousand square meters, followed by Chechnya with 751 thousand. Ingushetia has the lowest volume of commissioning with 51 thousand square meters.
