Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Dagestan held a meeting to discuss the implementation of investment projects by LLCs Caspian Glass Fibre Plant, Dagestan Glass Tara, Caspian Glass, and Dagpolymer. The Kaspi Glass Fibre Plant LLC is planning to implement an investment project to launch production of one-stage textile glass fibre. The project envisages the construction of a glass furnace with a yearly capacity of 15,000 tons to produce textile glass fibre. It is anticipated that the project will generate 454 new employment opportunities and attract investments of approx. RUB 4.1 billion.
