Currently, the company has established a comprehensive facility for the cultivation and breeding of sturgeon species, utilizing a closed water circulation system. Additionally, they successfully produce black sturgeon caviar. As of now, the company has yielded 6.4 tons of fish, comprising 1 ton of sturgeon, 3.4 tons of bream and 2 tons of sterlet.

In the upcoming phase, the company anticipates commissioning a state-of-the-art automated facility for manufacturing specialized fish feed, which is scheduled for completion in the second quarter. As to Magomed Maldaev, the director of Cheshuya LLC, the company intends to engage in reclamation activities to establish two ponds for cultivating particle fish species, covering a combined area of 2 hectares.

In light of the growing demand for marketable fish products and black caviar, Cheshuya LLC, a company based in Tyube, Kumtorkalinsky municipal district of Dagestan, has ambitious plans to establish a mini-processing facility. This facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including a cleaning area, a smokehouse, a vacuum unit and refrigeration rooms.
