Implementation of Caspian City integrated development project discussed in Moscow

Moscow, May 21, 2015. A meeting was held in Moscow to discuss development of the territory of the former Makhachkala racecourse as part of implementing the Caspian City integrated development project.

The meeting was attended by Dagestan minister of construction, architecture and housing Mussa Mussayev, CEO and managing partner of the ROEL company Vladimir Dorokhin, regional director of the AECOM company Efendi Rashkuev, general director of the Russian Institute of Urban and Investment Development "Giprogor" Mikhail Grudinin, Dagestan chief architect Uvais Kamalov, and other officials.

At the meeting, the sides discussed attracting investors in the face of the ROEL company for further implementation of the Caspian City integrated development project. The ROEL group of companies creates businesses and companies with high capitalization, the bulk of them are based on innovation and new technology.

Participants recognized the ambitious and innovative character of the project both for the republic and for the whole North Caucasus Federal District. This project will involve methods of integrated development and modern building and innovative technologies in construction.

"The Caspian City integrated development project will meet all contemporary requirements, urban planning regulations and design standards. In this territory they will create all favorable conditions to accommodate 15,000 inhabitants," the minister concluded.
