This was reported to Dagestani Head Sergei Melikov by his Niusret Omarov, the authorized representative of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan in the People's Assembly (the republican parliament). As to the top official, in 2022, the volume of investments was 10% higher than in 2021. In the first quarter of 2023, the investments into fixed assets for the full range of organizations increased by more than 36%.

Today there are 48 projects in the republican register of investment projects. The total volume of investments makes over 383 billion rubles, it is planned to create about 20 thousand jobs.  In what areas the projects are being implemented?

15 - in industry;
10 - in agriculture;
7 - in tourism;
4 - in the energy sector;
3 projects each in the fishery complex, viticulture and trade;
2 - in the construction sector;
1 - in transportation and logistics.
