Sergei Melikov, the Head of Dagestan, has issued an order to transfer a plot of land to Angelina LLC, a private investor, for the purpose of implementing a project to construct a tourist and recreational complex on the shore of the Caspian Sea.

Angelina LLC will receive a plot measuring more than 6 hectares for this project. The company also owns a plot used for a significant orchard development project covering an area exceeding 50 hectares.

The allocation of land for tourist facilities is part of a wider strategy aimed at promoting the development of tourism in Dagestan and attracting private investment to the region. The successful implementation of this project has the potential to create new employment opportunities and increase tourist visits to the republic.
