The highest prices were recorded in Dagestan, where land costs RUB 552,000, the Krasnodar Territory, with RUB 551,000 and Crimea, where land costs RUB 421,000 per sotka. Similar trends are observed in the cost of land in horticultural cooperatives. In Dagestan, one hectare of land costs RUB 297,000 — the second-highest price in the country after the Krasnodar Krai, where the price is RUB 434,000.
