The M-Group company intends to establish an asphalt concrete mixture production facility by 2026. The project requires an investment of RUB 125 million.  The plant is projected to produce 91,300 tons of asphalt concrete annually, operating at a 70% capacity utilization rate. This endeavor will create approximately 100 jobs.

As of mid-2025, M-Group has already invested approximately RUB 45 million in the project.  The regional authorities have allocated a three-hectare plot of land in the village of Shamkhal, Makhachkala, for this venture.
