Makhachkala regains leadership in Dagestan in terms of economically justified price for housing

The government of Dagestan has established the economically justified cost of one square meter of residential space in the municipalities of the republic for the final quarter of 2024. Makhachkala leads the list with a figure of RUB 136,000 per square meter, having regained its position as the highest-priced city. Compared to the third quarter, this represents an increase of more than RUB 37,000.
Kaspiysk follows closely behind with a cost of 130,000 rubles per square meter, representing an increase of 10,000 compared to the previous quarter. Derbent comes in third with 113,600 rubles, while Izberbash rounds out the top four with 101,000.
One municipality in Dagestan, Buynaksk, stands out as the only one where prices have decreased. The cost of housing there has dropped from 90,974 rubles to 90,114, representing a decrease of 860 rubles.
