The project for the development of new multi-storey residential area in the city of Kaspiysk has received approval from the Unified State Register of Reports. The new district is planned to be constructed near the existing Kirpichny neighbourhood.

The project is being implemented by a local company which acquired approx. 2 hectares of land. The designated land plot, identified in the public cadastre as 05:48:000014:1906, is estimated to have a cadastral value of RUB 142 million. It is worth noting that the majority of the residential area within the Kirpichny settlement consists of single-family houses.
