In Dagestan, more than 30% of the new multipurpose warehouse for food and non-food goods with an area of approximately 130,000 square meters has been constructed. The facility will be located near Makhachkala, on the premises of Tyube Industrial Park, covering an area of 20 hectares. The project is implemented in three stages, with completion scheduled for 2027.

To date, about RUB 2.9 billion have been spent on the project. The building materials used for the construction of the warehouse are produced in Dagestan, including concrete and reinforced concrete columns. By the end of 2026, it is planned to complete the construction of class A+ warehouses, which will serve up to 900 vehicles.
