The price indices for primary and secondary residential property in Dagestan for the first quarter of 2024, compared to the corresponding period of 2023, made 117% and 115% respectively. The average price of 1 square meter of new housing in Dagestan today is approximately RUB 82,000. The average price per square meter of secondary housing in the region is estimated at around RUB 90,000.

Over the past year, the prices of high-quality apartments and so-called "elite" apartments have increased significantly. The price of "elites" in new buildings has increased by 25% and in the secondary market by 19%, since April 2023.

Compared to the fourth quarter of 2023, the cost of housing has increased slightly - prices in the primary and secondary markets have risen by 2.5% and 0.6%, respectively. The most notable price increase over the quarter has been for standard apartments in newly built buildings (7%).
