A new shopping and entertainment center named "Flagman" representing a total investment of approximately RUB one billion, is scheduled to open in Makhachkala in 2026. According to Makhachkala Mayor Djambulat Salavov, the project is developed by "Uniservice" LLC, which has already invested RUB 900 million in its construction. Spanning over 18,000 square meters, the center is projected to create around 300 new jobs, marking a significant boost to Makhachkala's commercial infrastructure and local economy.
