This initiative is integrated into a comprehensive investment program titled "Development of a Fruit and Vegetable Cluster in Dagestan". The program, executed by three investors across Derbent, Magaramkent and Suleiman-Stalsky municipal districts, aims to bolster the region's agricultural sector.

One participating investor, Angelina LLC, has established high-density apple and plum orchards spanning 100 hectares in the Derbent district. This investment, totaling over 254.6 million rubles, has generated 127 employment opportunities.
The company further benefited from state support, successfully completing the construction of a 2,200-ton storage facility in Makhachkala. Future plans encompass the development of additional storage facilities with an 8,800-ton capacity.
