The AITI Technologies LLC intends to build a wholesale and distribution center in Dagestan worth 300 million rubles, the regional Agency for Entrepreneurship and Investments reports. According to the investor's plans, about 9 hectares of land will be allocated for the construction of the facility, of which 7.1 hectares are owned by the company.

Another 1.7 hectares are provided to the investor by decision of the regional authorities without bidding procedure. At the same time, the source of financing of the investment project is the company's own funds. The center will be located near the town of Kaspiysk.

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to create 101 workplaces and to increase the number of staff up to 200 employees in the future. The project implementation period totals 6 years.
